How do I get help with an order?+
Email Info@852labs.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. If the question is urgent, contact us as soon as possible.
Can I change my address or order details?+
Email us as soon as possible. We can review the request, but changes may not be possible once fulfilment has started or the order has been dispatched.
Shipping
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?+

Will I receive tracking?+
Where tracking is available, updates may be sent by email, SMS, customer account, courier message, or another contact method connected to the order.
Damaged, wrong, or missing orders
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, wrong, or incomplete?+
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the email used at checkout, clear photos of the parcel, outer packaging, product packaging, and a short description of the issue.
What photos should I include?+
- Outer parcel or courier packaging.
- Product packaging and any visible damage.
- The item received if it is different from what you ordered.
- Any missing-item evidence, such as the packing slip or parcel contents.
Returns and refunds
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?+
No. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, personal preference, ordering error, or unused product where the supplied product meets the applicable requirements.
What if the product is damaged, defective, wrong, or missing?+

Product questions
How much caffeine is in one sachet?+
Each sachet contains 200mg of caffeine from guarana. If you are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether the product is suitable, consult a qualified professional before use.
When should I take it?+
Use it in the hour before training. Because it contains caffeine, avoid taking it close to bedtime. Many people prefer at least six to eight hours between caffeine and sleep.
How do I know what is inside?+
The active ingredients and exact amounts are shown on the product label. The current formula includes natural caffeine from guarana, L-Citrulline, Beta-Alanine, L-Tyrosine, Taurine, and Himalayan Pink Salt.
Is it tested for heavy metals?+
